The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Panel Summary polled consumers and gathered other data on all types of QSR restaurants, and Papa Murphy’s led the pack by a wide margin in the pizza category. In 2022, more than 5,000 North American consumers were surveyed about their most recent fast food/fast casual dining experiences. When asked “which pizza brand ranks supreme,” Papa Murphy’s achieved a 72% CLI, or Customer Loyalty Index, score, well above other brands in the lucrative pizza space.
When asked what drove their satisfaction with Papa Murphy’s and why it was a top pizza franchise, consumers pointed to:
- Food quality
- Restaurant atmosphere
- Value received for money spent
- Speed of service
- Friendliness of staff
On the flip side, when asked which brand had the fewest problem experiences, Papa Murphy’s scored an amazing 0% — no problems reported by those surveyed! Needless to say, that score was high above the competition as well.
