Chief Executive Officer and Board of Managers
Eric Lefebvre joined the Papa Murphy’s Board of Managers in May 2019. In October 2019, Mr. Lefebvre was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Papa Murphy’s. Mr. Lefebvre became Chief Executive Officer of MTY Food Group in November 2018. Prior to his promotion to Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lefebvre served as Chief Financial Officer of MTY Food Group since June 2012.
Chief Financial Officer and Board of Managers
Renée St-Onge joined the Papa Murphy’s Board of Managers in May 2019. In October 2019, Ms. St-Onge was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Papa Murphy’s. Ms. St-Onge became the Chief Financial Officer of MTY Food Group in November 2018. Prior to her promotion to Chief Financial Officer, Ms. St-Onge served as Controller of MTY Food Group since May 2012.
Executive Vice President of Finance and Board of Managers
Mr. Rupp has more than 20 years of senior-level finance and planning experience, with a diverse skillset that includes corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, revenue management and compliance. He joined Papa Murphy’s in April 2018 from Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. where he served as the Chief Financial Officer from March 2016 to February 2018, and as Global Controller from January 2015 to March 2016. Prior to Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc., Mr. Rupp held several positions at Nike, Inc., including Global Controller of Nike Golf, and at Converse, Inc. in the Netherlands. Mr. Rupp began his career at Scott-Moncrieff Charted Accountants in Glasgow, Scotland. He holds a degree in Accountancy from Glasgow Caledonian University in Glasgow, Scotland.
Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Brand
With a marketing career spanning more than 30 years, McBee joined Papa Murphy’s in October of 2019. She has been a senior executive working across all disciplines of marketing and communications in corporate, agency and franchise owner organizations. Her extensive experience in creating impactful, integrated and effective marketing programs have help develop and position major restaurant, retail and consumer brands. Her results-based performance stems from leveraging high-performing teams to grow sales and profits for brands such as Applebee’s Restaurants, Red Robin Restaurants and Big O Tires, just to name a few. McBee received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Public Relations from The Ohio State University.
Senior Vice President of Franchise Performance and Engagement
In Kim is a senior executive leader in operations and franchise business development, with over 30 years of experience serving and leading large teams, shaping key relationships, and driving large scale initiatives. He joined Papa Murphy’s this July as the Senior Vice President of Franchise Performance and Engagement. Prior to coming to Papa Murphy’s, In was the VP of Franchise Operations, U.S., for Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, leading 524 franchise owners and 2400 units across all 50 states with annual sales of $3.1 billion. Mr. Kim joined Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in 2005 where he first served as a Field Consultant. In 2007 he was promoted to Director of Franchise Operations and in 2015 he became Region Vice President a position that he held until his promotion to Vice President, Franchise Operations in 2016.
Senior Vice President of Human Resources
Mrs. Richmond joined Papa Murphy’s in March 2013 as the Senior Director of Human Resources. She has been the SVP of HR since June 2019 and in addition to Human Resources, she leads Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, and Office Services. Prior to Papa Murphy’s, Mrs. Richmond spent over a decade at CH2M (now Jacobs Engineering Group) in various roles including Director of University Schools and Institutes, Human Resources and Staff Planning Manager as well as Learning and Organizational Development Manager. She holds a Master’s degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
Senior Vice President of Legal and General Counsel and Board of Managers
Ms. Tullett has served as Papa Murphy’s Chief Legal Officer since November 2012. She joined Papa Murphy’s International, Inc., in July 2001 and has served as General Counsel, Vice President of Legal, and Associate Attorney during her tenure. Ms. Tullett is a Senior Legal Executive with Multi-Unit Retail, Hospitality & Restaurant industry expertise and a demonstrated track record helping organizations build out the processes, systems, teams, and internal controls needed to manage risk effectively and ensure compliance. Recognized by Boards and Executive Teams for possessing an exceptional combination of technical legal expertise and grounded, practical business perspective. She has over 15 years of in-house legal management experience including IPOs and SEC compliance work, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and international business expansion (Canada and EMEA). Prior to Papa Murphy’s, Ms. Tullett served as Counsel at KinderCare Learning Centers, Lane & Marshall and Southern Oregon Public Defenders. She holds a JD from Lewis and Clark Law School.
Director of Operations Excellence
Dan Rudolph initially joined Papa Murphy’s International LLC in May 2013 as a Market Coach and later as a Market Leader until August 2015. From August 2015 to December 2017 Mr. Rudolph was with L & H Arizona Ventures Inc., dba Papa Murphy’s, located in Phoenix, Arizona as its Vice President of Operations. In February 2018 Mr. Rudolph rejoined Papa Murphy’s as a Regional Business Leader. In October 2019, Mr. Rudolph was promoted to Director of Operations Excellence.
Director of Franchising
Rhonda McGrew joined Papa Murphy’s International, Inc., a Washington corporation, predecessor by merger to Papa Murphy’s International, Inc., a Delaware corporation, now known as Papa Murphy’s International LLC, in October 1997 in the accounting department. In 2001, Ms. McGrew joined the Franchise Sales team. Since 2001, Ms. McGrew has held various roles of increasing responsibility including promotions to Business Development Manager in February 2008, Franchise Sales Manager in February 2012, and to her current role of Director, Franchising in November 2020 supporting key functions of the franchise development process.
Franchise Development Specialist
Erin Hughes joined Papa Murphy’s International LLC in May 2015 with responsibilities that supported the Office Services department. In March 2016, Ms. Hughes joined the Franchise Sales team, responsible for various support roles and currently as Franchise Development Specialist.
Director of Franchise Sales
Shemar Pucel joined Papa Murphy’s International LLC in November 2020 as Director, Franchise Sales. Shemar is a certified franchise executive (CFE) with the International Franchise Association (IFA) and has more than ten years’ experience working with a variety of franchise brands. Shemar has assisted hundreds of prospective franchisees in navigating through the education and qualification process with a variety of franchise opportunities, including sweetFrog Premium Frozen Yogurt, Samurai Sam’s, and Mosquito Squad.
Lesly Harden joined Papa Murphy’s International LLC in October 2020 in her current role as Lead Qualifier, for which she is the first point of contact with individuals inquiring about our franchise program and helping them start their discovery process. Before joining Papa Murphy’s, Ms. Harden had similar career experiences with MTY Food Group brands such as Baja Fresh and Maui Wowi.
