“As part of our brand refresh, we created a new store design that has a dedicated area for people who want to order ahead and then swing by and pick up their food quickly and easily,” she explains. “That was hugely popular during the height of the pandemic, but we are seeing that even as things return to normal this option is still helping franchises build a lot of additional business.”
