Nation’s Restaurant News lists the 2020 standout Consumer Picks before and after COVID-19
Nation’s Restaurant News crowned Papa Murphy’s as the top brand in the “True Loyalty” category for the second year in a row on their annual Consumer Picks list. Along with earning high marks for value and affordability, Papa Murphy’s was also named by the top-rated franchise publication as the number one brand in overall trust pre-pandemic. Post-pandemic, Papa Murphy’s also was rated the number one brand in sanitation.
Marketing research firm Datassential surveyed 16,000 consumers on its online platform to determine the Consumer Picks list for Nation’s Restaurant News. The survey reflects collected data since June 2020, and consumers ranked brands based on qualities like value, service, and ambiance, as well as how safe consumers felt after the pandemic took hold.
